SOC – Security Operation Center.
When something happens to your IT system, it is important to keep a cool head and act according to established protocols. Basalt’s SOC (Security Operation Center) consists of experienced incident managers who make an overall assessment of alarms, indicators and incidents. SOC presents a report, determines its severity level and then communicates according to the agreed process to the correct system. Basalt’s incident manager has previously been part of various Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).
